How does my smartphone become an access key?

When you locate the corresponding reader, your phone and your card give you access. Go to the home page or in the “Access” tab to access the port facilities with ease.

There are two means of access:

Bluetooth and Location

Activate your bluetooth and location on your phone and click on the desired access.

Contactless (NFC)

Available only on Android, all you need to do is activate the NFC on your phone and approach the reader.

How do I search for a port?

Interactive filters

Using interactive filters, search for ports that match your needs with ease. Quickly find the facilities you need for your stopover.

A dedicated page per port

Explore each port in detail thanks to a dedicated page where you will find all the essential information to plan your stopover. Navigate the map and select the port of your choice to discover its characteristics.

How to declare and track your cruises?

In the “Cruises” tab, declare your cruises by selecting the dates of your choice. You also have access to your cruise history, the number of nights underway and the number of nights already offered during the year.

How do I share my access?

Are you a boater? Share your access with your co-owners and crew members for the duration of your choice.

What do I find in “My Account”?

In the “My account” section, find all the essential information to manage your profile:

My personal information: last name, first name, email, password and username

My boats: name, dimensions, contract name, card number, invoices. Here you have the option to hide or not one of your boats.

My consumption: if your port is equipped with connected terminals, find your water and electricity consumption

Account sharing: possibility of sharing your access with your co-owners and your teammates, for the duration of your choice.
